YOGA PRAPTHI believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
100% refund if order is cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
75% refund if cancelled after 12 hours of under placement and until package is shipped.
50% refund if cancelled after shipping is made.
If the product is received and then if it is cancelled, no refund is made.
If the package is damaged and spilled over, we will resend the product again.
The refund takes 7 business days to reach your bank account.
